On May 28th, the Falmouth Town Council unanimously approved the project plan, rezoning and 40-year land lease for the Arena. Council Chair Teresa Pierce was an early supporter of the Arena and deserves special thanks along with fellow councilors Chris Orestis, Sean Mahoney, Karen Farber, David Goldberg, Claudia King, and Russ Anderson. Town Manager Nathan Poore, Lucky Ascanio and Amanda Stearns also provided invaluable assistance in guiding us through the process. The Arena will stand as a testament to their vision and dedication to our community.
We are in the process of finalizing building plans, obtaining building permits, and securing final financing approval. We anticipate breaking ground in late June to ensure that the Arena will be fully operational on November 1, 2014.
Before we break ground, we still need to raise an additional $20,000. Timing is crucial. Please consider donating to the Arena today.
