Our project is moving forward, and we are kicking off our Fundraising Campaign to ensure that the Arena is completed by this fall. Fundraising will also allow us to construct an arena with amenities, such as a warm viewing area and comfortable locker rooms. We want to build an arena that reflects the success and spirit of Casco Bay Hockey and its families.
Initial site tests have been positive and we expect to purchase a chiller for the rink refrigeration system by March 14th. However, these site tests and the chiller cost money that we need to raise before we can move this project forward. Time is of the essence if we want a new arena constructed in time for next season.
Any donation is greatly appreciated and all donors will be listed on this website and Casco Bay Hockey’s website. For families that donate $500 or more, their names will also be listed on a plaque in the lobby of the ice arena as “Founders.”
We are hoping for support from our business community. We will recognize on the plaque those individuals and businesses who make significant financial contributions in the following categories:
- Gold Medal Donors ($10,000 or more)
- Silver Medal Donors ($5,000 or more)
- Bronze Medal Donors ($2,000 or more)
