- Middle School 5:00-6:30pm
- High School 6:30-8:00pm
- 6-Weeks
- 90-Minutes Weekly
- 30-Minutes of Box Lacrosse Specific Instruction
- 60-Minutes of Box Lacrosse Game Time
- *Rib Pads, Mouth Guard & Cup Required*
