The Arena is scheduled to open its ice season on Friday, October 28th when we will host the Second Annual IceBreaker Cup game.  In the meantime, our Casco Bay teams will be holding off-ice sessions at the Arena to work on skills and positioning.  We hope everyone had a good summer and we look forward to our second season of operation.

For High School players, Casco Bay Hockey Association will be running a pre-season training camp for high school boys from November 7th-18th at the Arena.  This program is a great opportunity for players to get ready for the high school season and varsity tryouts.

Coach Shaun Stairs is running the program and will be assisted by Kristin Andrews, the preeminent power skating coach in Maine, and former professional player and longtime coach, Kent Hulst.  Shaun is a CB alum and current midget travel coach who played at Merrimack College.  Kristin will work with small groups during the sessions to focus on skating mechanics and skills.

During the first 60 minutes of each session, we will work on power skating and skill development.  The last 60 minutes will consist of small area games and scrimmages.

There is a limit of 24 skaters and 3 goalies per session (48 total skaters and 6 goalies).  This roster limit cannot be increased.  The cost is $210 per skater & $105 per goaltender (12 hours of ice).  All players must be registered with USA Hockey for the 2016-17 season.
