On May 28th, the Falmouth Town Council unanimously approved the project plan, rezoning and 40-year land lease for the Arena. We are in the process of finalizing building plans, obtaining building permits, and securing final financing approval. We anticipate breaking ground in late June to ensure that the Arena will be fully operational on November 1, 2014. but first we need to raise $20,000 to reach the requirement of raising $100,000 before breaking ground.
